By accessing or using the SARKSH GROW website or a SARKSH GROW customer account, you agree to these Terms of Service and the Privacy Policy. You are responsible for providing accurate information and for using the website in accordance with applicable law.

SARKSH Velocity organizes historical company and market information into visual, tabular and summarized research records. Historical observations do not guarantee future market outcomes.

3. Customer accounts and Google Sign-In

You are responsible for protecting access to your account. SARKSH GROW may support sign-in using a SARKSH credential flow and Google Sign-In. If you choose Google Sign-In, Google authenticates your Google identity and SARKSH GROW uses the verified identity information needed to create, link or access your SARKSH customer account.

Do not share one-time passwords, session tokens or account credentials with another person. SARKSH GROW may suspend an account where there is suspected unauthorized access, abuse or material violation of these terms.

4. No guaranteed returns or personalized recommendations

Market-risk boundary: SARKSH GROW does not guarantee returns or profitability. Public market information, historical data, research context and product descriptions should not be treated as a guarantee of future performance or as personalized investment advice unless a service is expressly offered under the required regulatory framework.

5. Acceptable use

Do not attempt to gain unauthorized access to customer accounts, backend systems or data.
Do not submit malicious code, automated abuse, fraudulent data or impersonate another person.
Do not scrape, reproduce or redistribute protected SARKSH content in a manner that violates applicable rights or technical restrictions.
Do not use the service for unlawful, deceptive or abusive activity.

6. Intellectual property and third-party services

SARKSH GROW names, product names, website content, interfaces, reports and brand assets may be protected by intellectual-property rights. Third-party services such as Google authentication, mapping, hosting or linked websites are governed by their own terms and availability.

7. Availability, changes and limitations

Products, features, data coverage and website functions may change, be paused or be withdrawn as development, compliance, security and operational requirements evolve. SARKSH GROW does not warrant uninterrupted availability of every feature.
